Data Research Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to support our data enrichment and web research project. The candidate will be provided with datasets lacking key contact details. Their main responsibility will be to research, validate, and add missing information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details from reliable online and offline sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and find missing contact details (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.) for provided datasets.
• Use multiple sources such as company websites, directories, professional networks, and search engines.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.
• Maintain detailed logs of sources and verification methods for data integrity.
• Meet weekly/monthly data enrichment targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in data research, web scraping, lead generation, or database management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for clarifications and progress updates.

Compensation Structure

• Base stipend/retainer for participation.
• Performance-based incentives linked to the number of records successfully enriched.
• Additional bonuses for exceeding enrichment milestones.

Job Types: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
