Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Retrieval & Storage Analyst
to support a short-term project focused on document identification, retrieval, and organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring critical, version-controlled documents are accurately located, tracked, and stored in designated systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, independent work environment and can manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Access and navigate a virtual Windows environment (via Citrix) to locate required documents

Search for and retrieve version-controlled documents across proprietary and web-based systems

Copy and organize documents into designated shared drives or SharePoint locations

Track document retrieval progress and ensure all items are completed accurately and on time

Meet established deadlines and provide regular progress updates (weekly or as requested)

Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all work
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines

Experience working in a Windows 11 environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with Citrix or virtual desktop environments preferred

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
