Data Room Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trusted Investor Relations / Data Room Manager to manage investor communications, reporting, and secure data room operations. This role supports leadership during fundraising, board interactions, and due diligence, ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential information flow to investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain investor data rooms for fundraising and due diligence
• Prepare and update investor decks, reports, and data packs
• Coordinate information requests from investors, VCs, and advisors
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of shared data
• Support board meetings with materials, minutes, and follow-ups
• Track investor queries, feedback, and action items
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams
• Maintain version control and documentation standards
• Support fundraising processes and transaction timelines
• Monitor and improve investor communication workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in investor relations, finance, strategy, or corporate roles
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics
• Experience managing data rooms or due diligence processes
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work under tight timelines during fundraising cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in funded startups or high-growth companies
• Background in Finance, CA, MBA, or Corporate Strategy
• Familiarity with VC / PE expectations and reporting formats
• Experience with tools like DocSend, Dropbox, or virtual data rooms
• Exposure to board-level reporting
