About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist (AI/ML + Azure) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based AI solutions—particularly using Microsoft Azure. You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models and data pipelines that drive business impact and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and predictive analytics solutions using Azure Machine Learning and related services.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure model robustness and accuracy.
• Deploy and monitor models in production using MLOps best practices.
• Utilize Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics for scalable data management and analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations through data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML tools, including Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Synapse, and Cognitive Services.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Generative AI, or NLP-based solutions.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
