ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Skills
Extract clean facts from notes and pinpoint the real “fixed” time for each case (traditional ML where needed).
Assemble the right datasets in Microsoft Fabric/OneLake that agents and dashboards will use—kept accurate and up to date.
Build simple prediction scores (e.g., “likely remote fix,” “likely wrong part”) to guide agent decisions.
Tune Data Agents and Power BI so plain-language questions return correct, consistent answers (context + instructions).
Set up quality checks and evals to verify results regularly (are answers grounded? are predictions accurate?).
