Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to building advanced AI/ML solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing models—including Large Language Models (LLMs)—to solve real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure scalability, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Preprocessing: Gather, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation.
• Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
• LLM Integration: Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Feature Engineering: Identify relevant features and implement feature extraction techniques to improve model accuracy.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous evaluation and fine-tuning to enhance model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Data Visualization & Insights: Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• API Development & Deployment: Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, while documenting processes, workflows, and model architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist/AI Engineer.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
• Expertise in data wrangling, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deploying AI models in production.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
