Role : Senior Data Scientist

Location : Hybrid (Bangalore/ Hyderabad)

Responsibilities :

• As a Full Stack Data Scientist own the business problem, modelling is just the part of the solution.
• Create data models for a diverse set of business problems.
• Experience in Natural languages processing / textual semantics related work using transfer learning where possible.
• Experience in predictive modelling on business problems impacting customer KPIs.
• Ensures that data science code is maintainable, scalable and debuggable
• Collaborate with data scientists , data engineers and business to incorporate their expertise into data science solutions.
• Working with both structured and unstructured data sets.
• Looks constantly for performance improvement and decides which ML technologies will be used in a production environment
• Be prepared to take your own decisions and prove your point with data
• Be prepared to work with millions of records and solve the scale problem with cost optimised solutions
• Work closely with Product to complete / augment DS product offerings and find innovative solutions to help Joveo customers / stakeholder take business decisions with data.
• End to end responsibility on taking the business problem to productions to impact the business metrics.

What we are expecting :

• 3-5 years Experience in deploying ML models and applications at scale, in cloud infrastructure
• Deep learning experience in any deep learning libraries like pytorch, TensorFlow etc.
• Very strong experience on Python programming
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and MLops - model building , serving and monitoring
• Have fine tuned BERT / GPT based model for embedding generation and text generation.
• Deployed Large language models (LLMs), with GPUs serving high through put load requirements.
• Good at predictive modelling with tabular and time series base multi-panel data.
• Knowledge for operations research and experience in optimisation problems is a big plus.
• Should have done 2-3 commercially launched modelling work with live users consuming the product
• Have good knowledge of design patterns and DS & Algo
• Enjoy working in a start-up like fast paced environment
