Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models that drive key business initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, uncover insights, and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML models and statistical algorithms for business-critical use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define and execute data projects.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Present insights through dashboards, visualizations, and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Monitor and validate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry best practices in AI, ML, and data engineering.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, R*, and ML frameworks* (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and deploying models to production.
• Excellent communication and visualization skills.
