Data Scientist

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development, including LLMs and generative models.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and PySpark , with experience in scalable data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ML model deployment and serving platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, TorchServe, BentoML, KFServing).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical expertise in prompt engineering and RAG pipelines (embedding models, chunking, retrieval strategies, caching).
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and similarity search.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end AI productization , from experimentation to production.
• Knowledge of hybrid retrieval/search techniques (semantic + keyword).
• Exposure to MLOps workflows for monitoring, CI/CD, and governance of ML systems.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field .
