Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Predictive Modelling
- Build Predictive models for weather-linked demand forecasting for milk and milk-based value add products such as curd across various markets.
- Price Prediction Model for various Raw Materials including SMP, Bulk Butter and Agri related raw material.
- Logistics & Route Optimization
- Design algorithms for best route & vehicle capacity utilisation
- Use solvers or heuristics for TSP, VRP, and fuel-efficient routing.
- Analytics & Business Insights
- Design and deploy dashboards for CXOs, Sales & Distribution (S&D), Procurement, and IT teams.
- Generate insights from CRM, ERP, GPS, mobile app, and external data.
- Gamification & Digital App Engagement
- Collaborate with mobile development and marketing teams to analyze user behavior.
- Suggest & build gamified interventions and track impact.
- Cloud & Data Engineering
- Automate data pipelines using Python + SQL.
- Work with cloud services (AWS preferred) for scalable model deployment and storage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Interact with Cross-functional teams and business leaders to frame problems and translate into analytical solutions.
- Prepare model documentation and train users on dashboards / app features.
- Encourage and enhance User Adoption

- 3–6 years in data science roles
- Strong in problem-solving and storytelling with data
- Hands-on experience across domains — forecasting, optimization, app analytics, dashboards
- Comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross functional teams and owning end-to-end projects
