Data Scientist

Job description:

Altak Group is building a next-generation AI solutions team to design, develop, and ship innovative products at speed. We are seeking an ML Engineer / Data Scientist who combines strong technical expertise with a product-focused mindset. This is a chance to join a newly established AI department driving rapid development of AI-powered solutions across diverse domains—including recruitment platforms, consumer apps, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions from experimentation to production.

Work with LLMs, neural networks, RAG pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, and advanced data pipelines.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and ship multiple AI-driven products per month.

Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for real-world applications.

Provide production support for deployed solutions and continuously enhance performance.

Stay on the cutting edge of new AI frameworks, tools, and techniques—leveraging them to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering or applied data science.

Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based AI systems.

Strong skills in data pipeline design, ETL, and orchestration.

Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and familiarity with modern AI development stacks (LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, etc.).

Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong problem-solving and can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Bonus: Experience contributing to multiple shipped AI products in a short time cycle.
