A Data Scientist is at the forefront of turning data into actionable intelligence through advanced analytics, machine learning, and Gen AI capabilities. They work closely with business stakeholders to solve complex problems, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions through predictive and prescriptive modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques.

5-10 years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics — including hands-on work with cloud-based data platforms, predictive modeling, and visualization tools.

• Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data science problems and use cases.

• Design and develop predictive models such as regression, classification, forecasting, and segmentation to uncover patterns and anticipate future trends.

• Leverage prescriptive analytics techniques including optimization algorithms, scenario modeling, and advanced machine learning to recommend actionable strategies.

• Apply NLP techniques for use cases like sentiment analysis, text classification, and entity extraction from unstructured data sources.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data behavior, identify anomalies, and discover hidden patterns that can drive further analysis.

• Utilize Gen AI capabilities for tasks like content summarization, code generation, and automated extraction of meaningful insights from large volumes of text.

• Develop and deploy analytical solutions using platforms like Vertex AI for model development, and Power BI for insight visualization, ensuring seamless integration with business workflows.

• Communicate complex analytical findings through intuitive visualizations and storytelling techniques that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Continuously validate and refine models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Document methodologies, model assumptions, and workflows to promote reproducibility and transparency across the data science lifecycle.
