Job Title: Freelance Data Scientist (6–7 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Data Scientist with strong analytical, statistical, and model-building experience to support our data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will work independently, deliver high-quality insights, and build scalable models that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and uncover actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, NLP, forecasting, etc.).
• Build statistical models and run A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and data validation.
• Clean, transform, and organize structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop automated pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions within timeframes.
• Create data dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings clearly.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance across all solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience in SQL, data warehousing, and working with large datasets.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, Airflow, etc. preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of NLP, time-series forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Prior experience working with startups or remote teams.
