Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with 2–5 years of experience in machine learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical modeling, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms, and will be passionate about solving real-world problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support business objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Conduct A/B testing and model validation to ensure performance and reliability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
• Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines and workflows.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Ability to visualize data using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in machine learning or data science are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
