About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python. The ideal candidate will work on building AI-driven solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and deploying intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Gen AI and RAG-based models for enterprise use cases.
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-driven applications.
• Design scalable Python-based data science workflows.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production.
• Analyze performance, optimize accuracy, and ensure model reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI / Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Practical experience with Gen AI models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector DB, retrieval workflows).
• Understanding of ML deployment, APIs, and model lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud-based development (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
