Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning, with a passion for solving real-world problems through data. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling.
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using statistical methods and visualization tools.
• Build predictive models and contribute to deployment processes.
• Work with NLP techniques to analyze and interpret text data.
• Document processes, model workflows, and analytical findings clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and data science tools.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with Matplotlib or Seaborn for data visualization.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of deep learning (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Exposure to NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with LangChain (added advantage).
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and statistical principles.
• Ability to conduct feature engineering and model optimization.
• Basic understanding of version control tools (Git) is a plus.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Candidates with relevant certifications or projects in Data Science/ML will be preferred.
