Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting complex datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build predictive models, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction and classification tasks.
• Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B experiments.
• Use Python/R and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Create clear data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Python tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights through presentations, reports, and storytelling.
• Optimize models and ensure scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning, feature engineering, and statistical modelling.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and probability.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and databases.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Ability to visualize data using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
