Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML and Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance our SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate is not just an algorithm expert but also a problem-solver who can create autonomous AI agents that learn, adapt, and deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to support SaaS applications.

Design and implement Agentic AI systems (AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously).

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable SaaS platforms.

Build data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model monitoring.

Research and prototype new approaches in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.

Ensure models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with compliance standards.

Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of deployed AI systems in cloud environments.

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI function-calling, Hugging Face agents).

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong understanding of LLMs, reinforcement learning, and generative AI techniques.

Experience building production-ready AI models integrated into SaaS applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Ability to understand business requirements and propose impactful solutions

An analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and providing a seamless experience.

Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential for presenting your ideas and decisions effectively
