The Role:

• Data Science & Forecasting:

◦ Analyze historical operational data to identify trends and anomalies.

◦ Develop predictive models for time-based forecasting using Python

◦ Visualize trends and forecasts using libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

◦ Experience working on Big Data like Cloudera, Hadoop

• Automation & DevOps:

◦ Integrate data science workflows with Jenkins for automated execution of scripts.

◦ Write and maintain Shell scripts for automation and system orchestration

Must Have:

· Linux

· Python

· ITIL / ITSM

· Application Troubleshooting

· Monitoring tool - Splunk, Dynatrace

· Jenkins - CI/CD - Basic

· Cloudera,
