Data Scientist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field,
• 2+ years of experience working in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic research,
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset,
• Able to turn complex data into clear insights and communicate them effectively,
• Comfortable working with uncertainty and asking the right questions,
• Strong business acumen and an interest in market trends,
• Based in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Analyze second-hand automotive market dynamics in Turkey on a continuous basis,
• Monitor changes in pricing, demand, and supply patterns to identify opportunities and risks,
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our internal vehicle pricing logic,
• Collaborate with data entry and operations teams to ensure data quality and relevance,
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams,
• Generate insights that inform strategic decisions on vehicle acquisition and sales,
• Identify trends, outliers, and gaps through structured analysis,
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that support business growth,
• Support the continuous improvement of our decision-making tools and processes.
