Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in building and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, along with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). (Predictive AI & Gen AI)
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of solving business problems using traditional ML and DL techniques, with emerging skills in generative AI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for structured and unstructured data. (Must have)
Apply NLP techniques for text classification, information extraction, and semantic understanding.
Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Conduct model evaluation, performance monitoring, and explainability analysis.

Required Skills:

(Predictive AI & Gen AI)
Strong proficiency in Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.), and DL frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience in feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
1+ year experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT family, HuggingFace).
Good understanding of NLP techniques such as embeddings, transformers, and text analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
