Data Scientist

The Senior Data Scientist – Innovation Lab (Agentic AI) role focuses on leading research, design, and deployment of autonomous and multi-agent AI systems using Agentic AI and Generative AI to deliver next-generation airline solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in building autonomous agents, implementing multi-agent collaboration protocols such as MCP and A2A, and fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific use cases. The candidate is expected to architect end-to-end GenAI pipelines, conduct rigorous experimentation and benchmarking to ensure model performance and reliability, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into cloud-native environments on Azure or GCP. Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, LangChain, FastAPI, and containerized deployment using Docker and Kubernetes is essential, along with experience in MLOps and CI/CD for ML workflows. The ideal profile brings 6–10 years of applied AI/ML experience in innovation or R&D settings, a solid academic background at the Master’s or PhD level in AI or related fields, and the ability to contribute to research publications, patents, and external forums, with airline domain knowledge, reinforcement learning, and open-source contributions considered strong advantages.
