Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML and Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance our SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate is not just an algorithm expert but also a problem-solver who can create autonomous AI agents that learn, adapt, and deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to support SaaS applications.

● Design and implement Agentic AI systems (AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously).

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable SaaS platforms.

● Build data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model monitoring.

● Research and prototype new approaches in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.

● Ensure models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with compliance standards.

● Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of deployed AI systems in cloud environments.

Qualifications:

● Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● 3-5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI.

● Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI function-calling, Hugging Face agents).

● Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Strong understanding of LLMs, reinforcement learning, and generative AI techniques.

● Experience building production-ready AI models integrated into SaaS applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
