Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Scientist (0–1 Year Experience) to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about data analysis, machine learning, and deriving insights from data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement basic machine learning models.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights.
• Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements.
• Assist in building predictive and statistical models.
• Document processes and maintain proper data records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python or R.
• Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning are an advantage.
