Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
● Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
● Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data needs and deliver analytics solutions.
● Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate business strategies.
● Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
● Continuously improve data science best practices, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, DataScience, or a related field .
● 2–5 years of experience in a data science or similar analytical role.
● Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) or R.
● Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
● Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
● Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
● Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
● Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
● Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
