Lead end-to-end advanced analytics, ranging from foundational statistics to complex modeling initiatives
- Strategic internal and external methodological consultation to achieve client business objectives

Collaborate on primary research design and implementation

Convert high-dimensional data into client-friendly narratives (reports, simulators) in partnership with internal teams

Partner with the Data Sciences team to elevate departmental experience & capabilities

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in applied data science with a proven track record of delivering complex modeling projects

Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Psychology or related field (Advanced degree preferred)

Technical Skills: High proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python)

Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex quantitative findings for non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal

Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
