Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, generating business insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across sales, operations, supply chain, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple business sources
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
• Work closely with management and operational teams to improve decision-making
• Automate reporting and analytical processes
• Conduct statistical analysis to support business growth strategies
• Monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in trading, retail, supply chain, or construction industry is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with ERP and business management systems
• Understanding of forecasting and inventory optimization
