Data Scientist -5-7 yrs - Onsite-Pune

• Lead end‑to‑end data science projects: from problem definition, data sourcing / ingestion, cleaning & preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), model building, validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, and/or diagnostic models using advanced machine learning / statistical techniques; ensure they are robust, scalable and reliable.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, ML/Ops, Product, Operations, etc., to build and maintain infrastructure, pipelines, and tools required for deployment, monitoring, versioning and reproducibility of models.
• Ensure appropriate model lifecycle management (testing, drift monitoring, performance tracking, retraining schedules).
• Apply best practices in coding, data governance, documentation, code reviews, testing, and reuse of components.
• Mentor junior/ mid‑level data scientists / analysts: provide technical leadership, guidance in methodology, review work, and help with career growth.
• Translate insights and complex technical outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations; present to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Stay updated with latest research, tools, and techniques in ML/AI, and bring innovation into the team.
• Drive strategy around data science adoption: identify opportunities, define metrics/KPIs, evaluate ROI of projects.
• Ensure ethical use of data, privacy, fairness, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements (if applicable in domain).

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
