Job Summary

As an AI/ML Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, You will design, develop & deploy advanced machine learning models & natural language processing solutions focused on cutting-edge generative technologies. You will be responsible for building scalable AI systems that analyze & generate human-like text, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful enterprise AI products. Your expertise in Python, state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks & recent generative AI training will enable you to innovate in the development of AI solutions that solve complex business problems & push the boundaries of AI research by implementing them in real world use cases driving innovation across industries/domains.

Responsibilities

• Build NLP and AI/ML solutions extracting insights from user comments, chat transcripts, and unstructured text using latest NLP and generative AI techniques.
• Design and develop solutions using state-of-the-art deep learning and language models.
• Identify and prepare annotated datasets for supervised learning.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate generative AI and NLP models.
• Analyze model performance statistically and iteratively improve models.
• Implement logical algorithms, write clean, reproducible code, and support AI research efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to deploy large-scale AI platforms and applications.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML or NLP projects with solid proficiency in Python.
• Recent training or certification in Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Huggingface Transformers, RAGs, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with SQL and text representation techniques.
• Experience in building and deploying AI solutions is preferred.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cloud AI deployments & integrating LLMs via Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik.
• Exposure to agentic AI platforms or large reasoning models.
• Understanding of LLMs, Gen Ai frameworks & tools.
  
  
  

Education

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
