Data Scientist Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Data Science Lead (7–10+ years) to join our growing team and drive end-to-end Machine Learning strategy and implementation across enterprise-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:Define Machine Learning and Deep Learning strategies for large-scale predictive and propensity models.Architect and deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP using Spark, Ray, or Databricks.Implement Explainable AI (SHAP, LIME, Captum) to ensure model transparency and compliance.Design and oversee A/B testing, uplift modeling, and causal inference frameworks.Build data pipelines with Airflow/Prefect and manage experiment tracking via MLflow & DVC.

Drive MLOps readiness — including CI/CD, monitoring, and rollback strategies.Present findings through data storytelling that drives real business outcomes.Mentor and lead data science teams, enforcing best practices and scalable solutions.

Required Skills:7–10+ years in Data Science with at least 4+ years in leadership or production ML/DL roles.

Proficient in Python, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Expertise in Distributed Computing (Spark, Ray) and Cloud ML platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).Hands-on experience with MLOps tools — MLflow, Kubeflow, and feature stores.Strong understanding of Explainability (SHAP, LIME, Captum) and causal inference.Excellent communication, leadership, and data storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,680,000.00 per year
