🚀 Hiring: Data Scientist, Product Analytics @ Meta – Offshore Team (Remote, Full-Time/Contract, Hyderabad, Telangana)

✅ Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Remote within India)

✅ Client: Meta (Offshore team)

✅ Compensation: ₹25 LPA – ₹48 LPA (depends on experience)

✅ Experience: 2+ years (Multiple Positions)

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Statistics , or related field (degree completed prior to joining)
• 2+ years hands-on with SQL , a scripting language ( Python preferred), and/or R
• 2+ years solving analytical problems end-to-end: defining metrics, experimentation design, delivering insights, and driving execution
• Experience working with large, complex datasets , data mining, and presenting findings to stakeholders

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
• Product analytics experience: goal setting, forecasting, monitoring KPIs , and identifying levers/opportunities
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Finance
• Ability to craft data-driven narratives that influence product strategy and investment decisions

• Build and evaluate experiments , define north-star metrics , and surface actionable insights
• Identify trends, quantify opportunities, and influence roadmaps across Meta’s family of apps
• Apply a rigorous toolkit— quantitative analysis, experimentation, and storytelling —to drive impact at scale
