Role Description

This is a contract role (6 months, extendable), for a Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist.

Location : Bangalore based, Hybrid Mode

🔍  What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and scoring models
• Collaborate with product & engineering to enhance customer experience
• Lead feature engineering, model selection, and performance optimization
• Stay ahead with the latest in ML/AI and apply them to business challenges

🧠  What We’re Looking For:

• Strong ML, stats, and Python/R skills
• Hands-on expertise in Python and R, including ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow for deep learning)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with NLP, forecasting, optimization, and production-grade models
• Great communication and stakeholder management
• Bonus: LLMs, Bayesian modeling, cloud (AWS), deep learning, digital marketing

🎓  Qualifications:

• Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field + 4–6 years of hands-on data science experience. Experience delivering models into production environments
