Job Title: Data Scraper / Campaign Operations Executive
Department: Operations
Location: WTC, Kharadi, Pune
Reports To: Campaign Manager / Delivery Head

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Scraper to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scraping accurate and relevant data from various online sources, formatting it as per campaign requirements and supporting campaign execution through data delivery, scheduling and lead packaging. The candidate will also be responsible for handling data blasting, campaign scheduling, maintaining campaign reports and managing delivery files with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Data Scraping & Extraction

• Use scraping tools or manual methods to extract prospect data (emails, company names, job titles, industries, etc.) from online platforms.
• Ensure high accuracy and adherence to campaign targeting filters.
• Clean and format raw data into structured spreadsheets ready for blasting and mapping. • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy best practices.

Blasting Data

• Execute data blasts for each campaign once approved.
• Maintain detailed reports of open rates, clicks and bounce backs.
• Ensure 90%+ accuracy in blasting-related tasks.

Campaign Blast Scheduling

• Schedule and execute campaign blasts as per campaign calendars.
• Coordinate with campaign managers and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain records for scheduling history.

Mapping & Lead Packaging

• Map delivery files in the correct format as per the provided template.
• Ensure leads are accurately packaged before submission to clients. Campaign Data Management
• Maintain campaign data including delivery status, mapping files and submission history.
• Manage backup and version control of all campaign data.
• Ensure completeness and consistency in campaign data files.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in data operations or campaign execution (email marketing domain preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data formatting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow templates/processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
