Designation: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Onsite
Salary: Market Competitive
Working Hours: 8 (Slot can be flexible)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify high value leads across both our creative sectors.
Run strategic outreach across multiple platforms and channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email.
Develop compelling pitches that communicate company's value and expertise.
Manage the sales pipeline from first touchpoint to deal closure.
Collaborate with the internal creative team to support and close deals. Maintain and update a database of prospects and client communications.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with creative, design, or digital marketing industries is a plus.
A go getter mindset with no limitations on how and where leads are sourced.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
