Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, filter, and build lead lists of decision-makers in target industries.
  • Perform US-based email scraping using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or Instantly.ai (or similar).
  • Verify and clean email lists to maintain high deliverability rates.
  • Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and subject lines aligned with the brand’s tone.
  • Maintain accurate lead and campaign records in Google Sheets or CRM.
  • Track and analyze key metrics — open rates, reply rates, bounce rates — and suggest optimization improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with company goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest email marketing and lead generation trends.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with email scraping tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Skrapp.io, etc.).
  • Familiarity with email campaign platforms (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake).
  • Good communication and written English skills (especially for outreach).
  • Basic knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for data management.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence in lead research.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of US market.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
