About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Information Security Engineering professional to lead a complex, high-visibility Cyber IoT/OT security program. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and program execution for enterprise-level IoT/OT security initiatives. You will work across organizational teams, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and influence decision-making at the executive level.

This position is ideal for a seasoned expert who thrives in complex environments, can navigate ambiguity, and brings a deep understanding of both technical IoT/OT systems and end-to-end program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IoT/OT cybersecurity initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Assess and evaluate complex, multi-layered Information Security Engineering challenges involving novel or unprecedented technical considerations.
• Develop recommendations that incorporate technical, operational, compliance, and policy factors.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of a Cyber IoT/OT program, ensuring consistent progress and executive-level visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams-including engineering, operations, compliance, and leadership-to align on strategy and program milestones.
• Provide expert-level consultation on information security engineering practices, secure architecture, and risk mitigation for IoT/OT environments.
• Contribute to resolution of complex scenarios requiring deep domain expertise and strong business acumen.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering , OR equivalent experience through a combination of: Professional work or consulting, Technical training, Military experience, Formal education
• Proven, hands-on expertise in IoT/OT security , including architecture, threat modeling, and secure integration.
• Demonstrated experience driving a large, technical security program from initiation through delivery , with regular executive communication.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
