The purpose of this position is to provide advanced administration, maintenance, and support for the Ellucian Banner ERP ecosystem, including overseeing system updates, access controls, database environments, and integrated third-party applications. The role ensures the stability and optimization of the institution’s ERP architecture by managing Linux-based Tomcat servers, web platforms, and connected systems while leading response efforts during system outages and ensuring reliable backup and recovery of all ERP/SIS applications. It further supports data planning through administration of on-premise Oracle databases, execution of data-warehousing strategies, performance tuning, and development, rehearsal, and refinement of disaster-recovery procedures. Additionally, the position supervises team operations by organizing workloads, evaluating performance, participating in hiring and disciplinary processes, and documenting all ERP/SIS environments, processes, and procedures.
This is a full-time, exempt staff position
