Data Submission Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Manager to handle shipment planning, vendor coordination, and data management. The role involves working closely with the German team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipment data and ensure accurate system processing.
• Plan shipments in advance to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the German team for approvals and scheduling.
• Guide vendors in planning orders and production timelines.
• Follow up with vendors, buyers, and internal teams regularly.
• Support the QC team to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Share updates and reports with management and stakeholders.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the jewelry industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
