We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Team Manager to lead our data professionals and oversee all aspects of data operations from data management to analytics delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure high-quality, reliable, and insightful data supports our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architecture and pipelines.
• Develop data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Supervise data collection, cleansing, transformation, and visualization activities.
• Monitor data team performance and provide mentorship and career guidance.
• Partner with leadership to define data strategy and implement best practices.
• Evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, or business analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a team leadership/managerial position.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in implementing data governance and data quality frameworks.
