About the Role

Opportunity for a Data Visualization Engineer who have experience in the design, development and maintenance of enterprise level dashboards. This is a hands-on delivery role - the focus is on producing visually compelling, executive-ready Power BI dashboards and reports that transform complex data into clear, trusted insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and paginated reports (RDL) aligned with strategic KPIs and executive reporting needs
• Translate business requirements into clean, intuitive, on-brand report layouts applying strong UX design principles
• Develop complex, reusable DAX measures and calculation groups to ensure consistent, accurate metric definitions
• Build pixel-perfect paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder for high-volume and print-ready outputs
• Implement and manage RLS and OLS configurations to ensure appropriate data access across all report consumers
• Optimize report and visual performance through query folding, aggregation tables, and composite models
• Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure dashboards are built on well-modelled, governed data.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 7+ years in BI or data visualization
• A strong portfolio demonstrating production-grade Power BI work
• Advanced DAX proficiency, calculation groups, time intelligence, performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with RLS/OLS and deployment pipelines
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data
• Microsoft PL-300 or equivalent Power BI / Fabric certification
