About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualizer (Researcher) with a strong background in digital journalism, social media analytics, and government communication projects. The candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and presenting social media and digital ecosystem data in visually compelling formats for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of social media data, digital trends, and audience insights using data analytics tools.
• Translate data findings into interactive dashboards, visual reports, charts, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Support content and strategy teams by tracking campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience behavior patterns.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly digital performance reports for client organizations, including Government/PSU departments.
• Work closely with communication teams to identify insights, storylines, and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage and analyze social media presence for client organizations, ensuring data-backed optimization.
• Conduct benchmarking studies on industry trends, competitors, and sectoral digital movements.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and speed in generating visual and written analytical outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Regular MA / Regular PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognized university/institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Digital journalism
• Social media branding
• Managing social media presence for client organizations
• Mandatory Experience: At least 1 year of experience with a Central/State Government Department or PSU (Certificate of Work Experience must be provided).
• Proficiency in English and Hindi content creation, including drafting analytical notes, insights, and summaries.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, social media monitoring tools, and digital research frameworks.
• Certificate in Data Modeling & Analytics is required.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working on communication projects with Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs.
• Ability to handle large datasets, extract insights, and prepare comprehensive strategic reports.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
