Job Description
This role provides foundational support to a large‑scale data warehousing project by assisting with documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication. The position helps develop a practical understanding of how complex projects operate while gaining exposure to core data warehousing concepts. Key responsibilities include contributing to project requirements and test plan documentation, supporting collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, and assisting in the development of training materials using Word. The role also ensures that project resources remain organized and accessible by maintaining and updating the project SharePoint site with current materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain awareness of how a typical large project functions; Gain knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Assist with project documentation including requirements and test plans
Assist with collaboration and communication across various stakeholder teams
Assist with training development utilizing Word documents
Update project SharePoint site with project materials
Other responsibilities as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience: Some college in a major like Information Systems or Management Information Systems
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Strong communication skills; strong Microsoft tool skills; Ability to problem solve and learn quickly
Additional Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Ability to be personable and not afraid to ask questions
Working Conditions: hybrid role; 3 days/week onsite
