Data/AI Consultant

Job Objective

The role holder will be responsible for advising clients on data and AI strategy and solutions, translating business needs into analytical and AI-driven approaches, and supporting the design, delivery, and adoption of data/AI initiatives across client engagements. This role is expected to bring strong consulting acumen and technical depth to help clients unlock value from their data and AI investments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, data- and AI-driven solutions and strategies.

• Lead and contribute to client-facing engagements, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of data/AI projects.

• Conduct data assessments, analytics, and AI feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, decision-making, and overall business performance.

• Design and support the implementation of data and AI solutions, covering data strategy, data governance, analytics platforms, machine learning, and automation use cases.

• Prepare and present proposals, business cases, reports, and recommendations to client stakeholders and senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, developers, and business analysts — to ensure successful delivery of data/AI initiatives.

• Stay current with emerging data and AI trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate relevant innovations into client solutions.

• Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for data/AI engagements.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of deliverables in line with professional and firm standards.

• Mentor and guide junior team members on data/AI methodologies and consulting best practices.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and successful engagement outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in data/AI consulting, analytics, or a related role, with a level of seniority and impact consistent with a senior consultant.

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification is mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a MUST.
