Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, migrate, and upgrade Oracle databases across multiple environments.
• Perform backup and recovery operations using RMAN and logical methods.
• Monitor database performance and health using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Conduct database cloning, Oracle Home installations, and 19c upgrades.
• Apply database patches and maintain system security and compliance.
• Manage Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) environments.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless database operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance, integrity, and availability issues.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience managing and supporting Oracle 19c databases in production environments.
• Proven experience with database backup/recovery strategies and performance tuning.
• Experience working on multi OS environments (Linux, UNIX, Windows).
• Strong understanding of Oracle RAC, ASM, and database patch management.
• Experience with Oracle Database Administration (19c), Database Monitoring (OEM), RMAN Backup & Recovery, Database Cloning & Migration, Oracle RAC & ASM, Database Patching, Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting.
• Experience Level: 4-8 years (preferred range).
