Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure our databases while ensuring high availability and performance across applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain databases
- Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery
- Optimize database performance and resolve issues
- Collaborate with developers to support application needs
- Manage database upgrades, patches, and migrations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management (MongoDB / PostgreSQL or similar)
- Experience with performance tuning, backups, and recovery
- Understanding of database security and access controls
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
