Primary Purpose
Manage andmaintainsmooth operation of the school information systems while providing support andfacilitatingthe safe dissemination of data to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Maintain School Information Systems
- Manage Student and Parent Data within the school Information Systems, (Currently:iSAMs)
- Manage School Timetables, (Work with Heads of school todevelopand shareTimetable)
- Create andmaintain/subjects/sets/timetables (EY, PYP, MYP, DP)
- Prepare and manage academic year start and end processes
- Supportassigningstudents and teachers to class sections and homerooms
- Setup andmaintainwhenrequirednewiSAMSmodules for use
- Setup and manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor user access and security
- Provide support to system users asrequired
- Provide support for sending messages and communication for parents
- ManageReporting Data
- Responsible for maintenance of attainment and progress tracking data in line with the reporting schedule to providetimelyvisual representation of report information
- Import of Assessment data (Taaleem assessments,MAP,CEM,Other standardized testing)
- Provide Data Reports and Class Lists to variety of user groups throughout the school
- Assist Administrative Assistants with Reporting Processes
