Job Description:

TalentRise Technokrate is seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our database systems, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability for our applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration with hands-on experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of database design, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and scripts.
• Experience with database monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and support application development.
• Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards.
