Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution
Word processing skills; excellent proofreading skills;
Familiarity with computer programs, like 365, electronic records systems, database programs, and graphics programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid drivers and a legally registered and Insured vehicle that can be used on Agency business
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (US) in both verbal and written form
ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Assist with maintaining client database/electronic records system and troubleshooting issues with the system, and creation of data forms within the system

Coordinate with each Program Coordinator to ensure the accuracy of the monthly resource parent billing and the contracts billing

Maintain and distribute accurate weekly client census reports

Reconcile monthly Referral, Placement and/or invoicing lists provided by contracting entities.

Review client database/electronic records to ensure complete, accurate and comprehensive according to agency policy, practice and contractual standards.

Utilize database/electronic records system to conduct regular file reviews, complete file review reports and submit to General Counsel. File reviews conducted to ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, legal and agency requirements.

Review files to help identify risk, potential or current, and then propose mitigation ideas to General Counsel.

Attend meetings as required by the CFO and/or General Counsel

Participate in supervision meetings with CFO.
