Database Manager

Remote, United States

Data speaks the language of progress — telling the stories behind every choice, every breakthrough, every victory. As Database Manager, you’ll lead the guardianship of that pulse, ensuring systems are fast, secure, and always ready when people need them most.
Here, leadership means more than directing projects — it means inspiring a team to deliver clarity and confidence through every report, query, and platform they touch. You’ll shape the strategy that carries us from today’s SQL and reporting environments into tomorrow’s data lakes, warehouses, and AI-driven solutions.
Every decision you guide will echo across the business — protecting trust, unlocking possibilities, and proving that clarity can be a competitive advantage. You’ll feel the pride of watching leaders make bold moves because of what you built. Years from now, you’ll look back knowing you created more than systems — you built the backbone of transformation, the foundation that empowered every success the company celebrates.
