Database Officer

Position Overview:

The Database Officer at TriFit will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing all membership sales to ensure full compliance with classification rules, promotion eligibility, and pricing integrity. This role safeguards TriFit’s revenue and brand integrity by ensuring members are accurately classified (e.g., student, corporate, elite) and that all documents and discounts applied meet policy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits of membership sales data across all TriFit locations.
• Verify supporting documentation for special memberships (e.g., student IDs, corporate letters, referral forms).
• Ensure promotional eligibility is met before discounts are approved.
• Flag and report any misclassified memberships or unauthorized discounts.
• Maintain an updated audit checklist and process log for each club.
• Communicate audit findings with the Membership Sales Team and Club Managers.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance for data accuracy in the membership management system (Sentinel).
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the department heads.
• Recommend policy updates to tighten control over classification and promotional misuse.
• Support training for sales teams to improve understanding of membership compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Audit-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit, finance, or compliance role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with CRM or membership software (e.g., Sentinel) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
• Knowledge of promotional and sales auditing practices.
• Ability to travel to TriFit club locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
